Interpersonal Therapy Group

This group is geared towards fostering self-awareness by harnessing the present-centred learning as produced and shared in the space of the group. Through attending to your feeling responses and thoughts developing the capacity to share these in a safe space, you learn to improve and expand on the ways in which you relate to others. Through interpersonal feedback from group members, you derive the insights and emotional awareness into yourself and others. The group space offers a containing space to try out new ways of being, doing and relating to others with the aim of generalising these to life outside of the group.
